Ordrly provides AI-powered front-desk and order-handling services for restaurants. As part of this service, Ordrly may send SMS (text) messages to customers who contact participating restaurants by phone.

How Users Opt In to Receive SMS Messages
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages from Ordrly only after initiating contact with a participating restaurant.
Opt-in occurs through one or more of the following actions:
A customer calls a restaurant’s phone number that is answered by Ordrly’s AI front-desk agent
During the call, the AI agent offers to send information via text message (such as an order summary or confirmation)
The customer explicitly agrees verbally to receive a text message
SMS messages are not sent without customer interaction and consent.
Types of SMS Messages Sent
Ordrly only sends transactional and informational messages, which may include:
Order confirmations or summaries
Order pickup or readiness notifications
Ordrly does not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages to customers.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer interaction.
Typically, customers receive one SMS per phone call or request.
Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
Upon receiving “STOP,” no further messages will be sent unless the customer initiates a new interaction and provides consent again.
Data Privacy
Phone numbers are used only for order-related communication
Numbers are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing
